Firm History
Evashevski Elliott PC (EEPC) was founded in 1984 by Corvallis attorneys Forest “Frosty” Evashevski and Tom Elliott. The firm began in its current location—an early 20th-century home converted into an office—on Van Buren Avenue between 7th and 8th Streets in downtown Corvallis. In 1989, the office underwent a major renovation and expansion, resulting in the building’s current design. In 1991, EEPC was honored by the Corvallis Civic Beautification Commission for “enhancing the visual quality of the Corvallis community.”
EEPC expanded its regional presence in 2007, when it assumed the practice of Albany attorney Jim Jordan and opened a second office to serve the residents of Albany and Linn County.
In 2024, EEPC further extended its reach to Central Oregon by acquiring the Law Office of John H. Myers in Sisters, Oregon. The Sisters office focuses primarily on estate planning and administration for clients across Central Oregon.
