Paul Britton

Paul was raised in the Willamette Valley and has been a nearly lifelong Oregonian. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Oregon and then continued on to the University of Washington School of Law where he earned his J.D. While at the University of Washington, Paul participated in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, assisting clients in negotiating tax matters with the IRS. He was also an Executive Editor for the Washington International Law & Policy Journal.

Paul is an active member of the Oregon State Bar and is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use, Business Law, and Agricultural Law sections. Outside of his work as an attorney, Paul has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care and as an assistant high school football coach.

Paul specializes in business, real estate, and agricultural law matters. He enjoys helping clients throughout the Willamette Valley with a variety of legal matters affecting small and medium-sized businesses.
